MEMBERSHIPS
It is an association of organizations working in the prevention of HIV / AIDS, Kimirina has been a Frontline partner organization since 2009. Frontline was founded in 1993 to support groups of communities in the countries most affected by the global AIDS crisis , offering a vision and a way of working putting communities at the center of responsibility to generate effective local solutions. He currently works in 40 countries who carry out local, national and global actions in the prevention of HIV, health and human rights.

It is an international union of community NGOs against AIDS and viral hepatitis founded in 2008, Coalition PLUS operates in 40 countries and around 100 civil society organizations. Through the principle of shared governance that governs it, our partnership involves 15 member organizations, from the North and the South, in strategic decision making. As part of the community approach, Coalition PLUS encourages people living, affected or particularly vulnerable to HIV and HCV to participate systematically in the decision-making, implementation and evaluation of their health programs. Through the various programs of its Secretariat and its 6 subregional intervention platforms, its objective is to strengthen the capacities of community associations, while organizing privileged spaces to share knowledge and experiences. Coalition Plus members share the same values: the community approach, impartiality, independence, confidentiality, freedom of expression and financial transparency.

The Regional Platform of the Americas and the Caribbean of Coalition Plus, an initiative that emerges in 2016 in the region with 6 Platforms from other regions of the world, with the purpose of sharing worldwide knowledge of national associations to fight against HIV / AIDS, whose priority is to involve the most vulnerable communities exposed to the epidemic in their governance and programs. Kimirina in partnership with Coq Sida of Quebec, AIDES in the Francophone Caribbean and of the Institute of Human Development of Bolivia, with the purpose of expanding its partnerships, as a Platform. summons community actors around the same will, to impact and influence the epidemic from the reality and need facing regions.

It promotes and defends Human Rights in Latin America and the Caribbean with an emphasis on HIV and AIDS, through the political influence of Civil Society and the strengthening of community responses to achieve multisectoral, articulated and effective public policies.

The Cantonal Network for HIV Prevention in Guayaquil is a space for articulation, coordination and communication of the cantonal response to the HIV epidemic both urban and rural, promoted by the Directorate of Social Action and Education (DASE) of the ME Municipality of Guayaquil since 2008 and has 25 members of community-based organizations, NGOs, public and private institutions with the social objective of: empowering and working for public policies; develop permanent alternatives for the promotion, investigation and defense of human rights; and, promote citizen participation and empowerment of key and priority populations in relation to the HIV epidemic in the canton.

The Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador is the State's portfolio in charge of exercising the rectory, regulation, planning, coordination, control and management of Ecuadorian public health.

The National Institute of Public Health Research INSPI, is the institute responsible for conducting scientific research in Ecuador.

The Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito is the body that exercises the government of the Metropolitan District of Quito and fulfills the legislative task for the approval of ordinances, resolutions and agreements in the District.

The Very Illustrious Municipality of Guayaquil, co-official denominated as Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Guayaquil. Among the functions of the Municipality is the regulation of ordinances and resolutions; that help to establish and promote the policy to follow, according to the goals of the Municipal Administration. Whose objective is to meet the collective needs of the city, as established by law for its development and state purposes.

Friends against AIDS Collective is a non-profit, community-based Guatemalan non-governmental organization, mostly made up of gay men. They have been working since 2005 attending political advocacy, promotion of human rights, but mainly to the social problem facing HIV / HIV Advanced and STIs in the LGBT population. CAS works in the prevention of HIV / HIV and –ITS- sexually transmitted infections in groups vulnerable to the epidemic. In the promotion and defense of the basic human rights of those populations that have been and are the most affected by the epidemic, they carry out actions that help eradicate stigma and discrimination for the LGBT community and permanently defend any abuse of the human rights of the Sexual diversity

It is a social organization that works for the recognition of diversity, human rights, well-being, sexual and reproductive health in Colombia through community strengthening, social research, participation and political advocacy. Red Somos's mission is to bring people, organizations and communities closer to health and well-being, human rights and the recognition of diversity; through strengthening the capacities of community leaders and organizations and institutions. They provide sexual and reproductive health services with an emphasis on prevention of STIs, HIV, the development of social research and the promotion of citizen participation and political advocacy within the framework of a democratic and inclusive society.
